Moncler has managed to bring Robert De Niro and Al Pacino together in front of a camera for the first time for an advertising campaign. Under the title “Warmer Together”, the global action focuses on friendship, trust and emotional connection, with a narrative that goes beyond the aesthetic to explore human bonds as a form of essential shelter.
Photographed in New York by the prestigious portrait photographer Platon, the campaign unfolds in black and white images full of intimacy, accompanied by a series of short videos and behind-the-scenes moments that revolve around five themes: friendship, respect, connection, trust and warmth.
“Warmth was never about the outside. It was always about what happens on the inside.”declares De Niro in one of the campaign teasers. The actor wears the Maya 70 jacket, one of the brand’s most emblematic models: padded, with a detachable hood, made of recycled nylon and part of the brand’s history. The campaign also presents the new Bretagne jacket, with a wrap-around silhouette and autumnal spirit.
For his part, Pacino reflects: “Friendship is the greatest thing you can have. Friends, people with whom you share the world. There is an innate trust, an understanding of life.”
The legendary Hollywood duo – who have shared the screen in titles such as “The Godfather” or “The Irishman” – now appear in a different scene to symbolize that real warmth comes from mutual care and small conversations shared.
The campaign will be deployed outdoors, in the press, in digital environments and on social networks, with a second wave of audiovisual content that will include unpublished scenes and testimonies from the protagonists.
In parallel, Moncler has launched a manifesto that condenses the spirit of the campaign:“Warmth was never about the outside. It was always about what happens on the inside. Warmth comes from walking and talking. From pulling out a chair and sharing. From caring for each other. Beyond the weather, warmth is, and always will be, being together, no matter what.”
With this action, Moncler reaffirms its emotional and cultural approach within the fashion universe, articulating an aesthetic proposal that is based both on its technical legacy and on a humanistic vision of the brand as a catalyst for personal ties.
