The Spanish advertising industry has received a total of 43 Lions at Cannes Lions 2026. Our country closes another edition of the international festival having won 2 Grand Prix, 9 Gold, 10 Silver and 22 Bronze.

Among the Spanish campaigns that have triumphed at Cannes Lions we find 15 different works.

“No Project Without Drama”, by Heimat TBWA for Hornbach, produced by Canada Barcelona, ​​has been one of the most awarded campaigns with Spanish talent at the Festival, with a total of 7 Lions, including 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze in Film Craft as well as 1 Gold and 1 Bronze in Film. “Beat Cancer Off”, by VML Health for Fuck Cancer, is also one of the most awarded Spanish campaigns, with another 8 Lions, including 1 Gold in Entertainment Lions for Music and 1 Gold in Health.

In its passage through the contest, the advertising industry of our country has stood out for a wide variety of awards among a total of 15 different campaigns carried out by 12 agencies and production companies for 15 advertisers. David Madrid and VML have been the most awarded Spanish agencies in this 73rd edition of Cannes Lions, with 9 metals each, followed by Canada Barcelona, ​​which has obtained 8 awards.

As for the 9 Golds, they have been distributed between VML Health, Lola Madrid, David Madrid, Canada Barcelona and Antiestático. The 10 Silvers have gone to agencies such as McCann and the Spanish record is completed by the 22 Bronzes obtained by Oriol Villar, Ogilvy, Serviceplan, LLYC and Havas Play, among others.

The video clip narrates a woman’s grief after a romantic breakup, taking everyday scenes into a musical, spiritual and surreal universe. It combines orchestra, choir, references to fairy tales and black and white dream images.
