The 2025 edition of Cannes Lions It has already begun and Spain has collected the first lions on a day in which the awards have been presented in the categories of exterior, Radio & Audio, Print & Publishing, Health & Wellness and Pharma.
After the celebration in 2024 of an edition that recognized a total of 18 Spanish works, the jurors have valued in this meeting the creative work of the last year in an edition of the contest that celebrates its 72 edition and for which Spain has participated with a total of 754 inscriptions.
We had 14 nominations outside and we have taken 2 golds, 2 silver and 1 bronze
Thus, during the first gala of Cannes Lions 2025Spanish works take a total of 9 lions distributed among the categories of Health, where we had 6 options, audio & radio, print and exterior, where we had more possibilities, since outside we had 14 nominationsin print we had 6 finalist works and on radio 4. For its part, in Pharma This year Spain had 2 award options at the Shortlist.
The David Madrid agency is the ones with the greatest number of metals on this first day, with 4 of the 9 lions delivered to Spain. Other agencies that have been awarded on this first day are Lola Mullenlowe, Cheil Worldwide Madrid and VML Madrid.

All Spanish Cannes Lions 2025 winners abroad

A series of graphs that link the ice cream brand with the summer and the fun of the summer season through the product wrapping in an artisanal collage.
- 1 silver lion For “We are still open,” by David Madrid for JCDecaux. A campaign in the Madrid Metro to publicize the stories of the businesses affected by the Dana that swept several municipalities in Valencia last year.
