Nestea launches a new stage of communication in Spain with “Fluye con Nestea”, a creative platform that redefines the brand territory around a more spontaneous attitude. The first campaign under this new strategic umbrella arrives for the summer and features the participation of the actor Óscar Casas and the content creator Clers.
The campaign is the first work for the brand developed by the independent creative agency Mono Madrid and is produced by Contrario. It offers an invitation to let yourself go and enjoy the moment without too many complications, connecting with the very nature of the product: a refreshing, still drink that combines the flavor of tea and fruit in different varieties.
The spot covers everyday scenarios such as a living room, a bar, a gym, a train or the beach, but introduces small breaks from what is expected. Its protagonists improvise, act naturally and have fun without paying attention to the gaze of others. This succession of situations serves to build the tone of “Fluye con Nestea”, a concept that seeks to move away from rigid aspirational communication and towards a lighter way of living the summer.
The soundtrack reinforces that reading with a version of “Girls Just Want to Have Fun,” performed by the group STRFKR.
“Fluye con Nestea” also involves repositioning work for the brand, which seeks to reinforce its notoriety and relevance within the soft drinks category. The new creative concept will thus function as a starting point for a broader communication platform, focused on a vital attitude of enjoyment, flexibility and absence of rigidity.
The campaign also celebrates the variety of Nestea flavors, with the presence of Nestea Limón, Nestea Green Tea Passion Fruit and Nestea Red Fruits with Açaí. These references are part of an increasingly extensive range, designed for different moments of consumption and aimed at reinforcing the brand’s link with the flavor territory.
The new campaign can now be seen on the brand’s social networks and will be activated nationwide during the months of June and July. The development of the media strategy includes a presence on television, connected television platforms, digital media and outdoor advertising, with a presence on mupis, buses and trams. Arena is the agency responsible for said strategy and media activation and, for its part, Porque Pasando is in charge of the social media plan.
