Nespresso is innovating in its professional services and in its way of reaching consumers in different environments and contexts. The Nestlé brand is deep in the rollout of Intervallo, a new self-service cafeteria experience that aims to provide high levels of personalization. It defines it as a cutting-edge beverage solution adapted to the diverse preferences of coffee lovers.

Intervallo is a new self-serve station, a new machine that, as explained on the company’s website, offers a wide range of hot and cold coffee recipes, including milk and oat-based drinks, as well as iced drinks. All designer to provide a pleasant and practical experience.

The customization experience is provided through the use of an application, available for both Android and iOS systems. This allows you to connect to each machine and place a personalized order. It offers up to 30 different coffee drink recipes, and allows you to choose the origin of the coffee, the variety of milk or syrup you want to add, or select the size of the cup.

As explained by Nespresso, Intervallo boasts a striking design that breaks with conventional vending machines. It features a high-resolution ordering screen for easy selection, offers cups in four sizes, and has an expanded prep area. As for payment systems, it only accepts contactless methods, such as credit card or mobile payment services, to ensure convenience and hygiene.

With more than 900 customizable combinations, from single origins to cold recipes and plant-based options, Nespresso Intervallo combines quality and innovation so you can prepare every cup your way, in seconds“Commented a few months ago Vivien Naue, Manager of Out of Home Territories at Nespresso Austria, via LinkedIn. “Inspired by modern coffee culture, this digital coffee shop elevates every break, or “interval,” into a personalized coffee moment: one that’s fast, good, and completely yours.“.

The system is now available in some parts of Switzerland, Belgium and Austria. Specifically, in Austria it can be found at the Parndorf Designer Outlet; at the Westfield Shopping City Süd in Vösendorf and at the Media Markt Shopping Center in Seiersberg. Intervallo is expanding its reach into other European markets, as announced by Guillaume Chesneau, CEO of Nespresso France.
