A robbery in a villa. Some glasses missing. Four suspects. That is the premise of “La Cocktelería”, the campaign with which Mó presents its collection for this summer. Multiópticas’ own brand continues to shape its creative universe, this time betting on the world of mixology and combining cinematographic style with the codes of fashion and art.
On this occasion, Mó turns her glasses into a true object of desire and the protagonists of a theft at the hands of the actors Clara Galle and Jaime Lorente, the model Laura Ponte and the chef Jordi Roca. All of them star in a story marked by mystery and give life to a different character within a narrative in continuity around the disappearance of exclusive glasses.
Thus, Clara Galle becomes “The Interpreter”, a character who plays with the ambiguity of the truth; while Jaime Lorente plays “El Pasional”, a captivating and impulsive figure who moves between desire and intuition. For her part, Laura Ponte plays “The Collector”, a woman obsessed with unique objects and pieces with history; and Jordi Roca gives life to “The Alchemist”, a creative character with the ability to transform the everyday into something unexpected.
The creative concept has been developed by the Mó team together with director Pino Sartorio.
The campaign is made up of a series of interconnected videos, which the brand will progressively launch. Each ambassador stars in his own piece, in which he shapes his character and provides a new angle on the plot of the robbery, while highlighting each of the pieces in the new collection.
According to the brand in a statement, Clara Galle will appear suspended in a surreal universe, and Jaime Lorente will immerse himself in a pool with fruits, giant ingredients and impossible inflatables. For her part, Laura Ponte will enter an artistic scene and Jordi Roca will combine gastronomy and visual experimentation.
“La Cocktelería” helps Mó position its creative universe in an aspirational visual territory by aligning itself with the codes of major fashion brands and elevating its products as collectors’ items. In this sense, the brand points out that the campaign is a natural evolution of what they have built in recent years on a creative level.
“We wanted to move away from the traditional campaign format to create a universe with its own personality, capable of connecting with the audience through entertainment, aesthetics and emotion.“, commented Teresa Sánchez-Galán, Marketing Director of Mó, in a statement. “This campaign reflects our commitment to the fashion territory through more ambitious, aspirational and culturally relevant storytelling.”.
The audiovisual campaign is complemented by an experiential activation at Casa Mó, the brand’s summer event that will be held for the sixth consecutive year. The meeting will focus on the summer glasses collection and will transfer the creative universe and the imagination of the campaign to the physical level to connect with ambassadors, content creators and influencers and consumers.
The Ani’s Hall agency is in charge of communication and coordination of the event.
“La Cocktelería” takes over from “It’s time to give up nothing”, Mó’s summer campaign from last year, starring actresses Ángela Molina and María Pedraza, musician Grison, singer Manuel Carrasco and content creator Nil Ojeda and a surprising sequence shot. Together, both campaigns consolidate the brand’s commitment to seasonal communication and the celebration of the summer spirit.
