Chanel has revealed an envelope christmas advertisement that immerses the viewer in a snowy world, under the title “Winter’s Tale.”

In the spot, as if it were a fairy tale, the protagonist – who is the top model Vittoria Ceretti– wait the first snow of the year. The magic works and a snowflake falls gently onto his palm. Soon everything turns bright white and, through production, a captivating landscape full of subtle “Easter eggs” has been created that invite the viewer to get lost in the world of Chanel.

The video has been released to promote the new Chanel makeup collection and the music in the background is the legendary Ukrainian New Year’s song “Shchedryk”, by Mykola Leontovych, a true symbol of Christmas that is popularly known for the theme “Carol of the Bells.”
