Ikea Spain is looking for new CEO after Nurettin Care’s departure

Nurettin care, CEO of CEO IKEA Spain Since September 2021, he has left the company. He left the position last February, as he collects his LinkedIn profile, in which he now details that he serves as autonomous, with experience in international retail management and leadership.

Nurettin Care has been part of Ikea for almost 25 years in which he has held positions of different responsibility in different markets. In 2001 he became part of the company’s team in the sales area in Swissand then assumed responsibility for the stores of the localities of Pratteln and Dietlikon.

In 2005, he moved to Türkiye In the functions of Deputy Director, and in 2017 he assumed the direction of operations in that market. After that he moved to the Spanish market, where in 2019 he held the position of Market Area Manager, being responsible for the stores in Madrid, to Coruña, Asturias, Valladolid and Barakaldo and a member of the Management Committee.
