Domino’s has celebrated a decade linked to gaming with a monument and an event in the center of Madrid

Last 2024, Domino’s Pizza He turned a decade as a position positioned in the Gamer territory, and to celebrate it he announced Domino’s Tributea monument tribute to the culture of gaming and itinerant character with which Spain would travel to meet professionals, fans and followers of video games. The work began its journey in Valencia that July, and after passing through the Oxo Museum of the Madrid video game and the Gamergy Fair in IFEMA, it has arrived in the capital of Callao in the capital.

The brand took the monument to the city center with An event held on March 27, which was attended by two referents from the Gamer community: the Streamers ILOJUAN AND GUANYAR. Both creators carried out various actions with the attendees -interviews, tests, games -as well as an ambitious contest for which a year of free Domino’s pizzas was raffled and the possibility of signing the monument.
The Domino’s tribute event, designed and developed by the Havas Play and Lady Brava agencies, managed to connect to More than 43.ooo users via streaming.

There could be enjoyed by Domino’s Tribute, a large modular and vertical piece three meters high, formed by elements such as consoles, controls and televisions, which review the evolution of the industry from the 80s to the present. It has been created by the Domestic Data Streamers study, and is both a tribute to the cultural impact of gaming, as a celebration of the Domino’s Pizza link with the Gamer community.

The brand also took advantage of the event to announce the start of the production of a Short documentarywhose filming will begin this April. Will be directed by the film director Nacho vigalondo and will address the history and evolution of gaming in Spain, as well as its contribution at cultural and social level.

After passing through Callao, the monument will end its journey at the Higher School of Video Games and Digital Art (EVAD) of Malaga, where it will be exposed to the public until next April 26.
