Coming soon Light & Lights: Conversations walking through the streets of Madrid

Light is creativity, it is the idea. The lights are the decision, the ability to say yes – or say no – and set the direction of a project in our personal or professional life.

Sometimes we have to activate low beams, other times we need high beams. Probably, managing and weighing both is one of the keys to success.

In any case, the dance between ideas and decisions will give us a life experience full of successes, but also doubts, mistakes and learning.

From this reading comes Light & Lights. A program created by reason. Why together with JCDecaux to enjoy a walk outside Madrid with Marketing, Creativity and Media professionals.

The program will be hosted by Javier Guadiana and the protagonists will share their reflection on the current state of the profession, the challenges that brands face and the learnings that have marked their careers.

The walks will take place through some of the most significant places in the capital. With a relaxed tone, there will be room for entertainment. But also for the challenge of answering professional questions during a one-hour walk, recorded in sequence by several cameras with the commitment of minimal subsequent editing.

Below we can see the trailer for the first installment that will be released (wink-wink) tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16:

In the face of algorithms and digital interactions, Light & Lights Thus, it vindicates the value of going outside to walk, talk and share thoughts.

The tour will also serve to find out what the guests’ brightest and darkest moments have been. That is, those decisions that, years later, are seen with pride and also those that, perhaps, would have been made in a different way.

To make this project a reality, from reason. Why We have selected the first guests among the professionals who were part of the jury of the last edition of the JCDecaux awards and who, consequently, are part of the Outdoor Circle where more than 150 members of Senior Management from companies relevant to the market meet and to reaffirm the importance of creativity in the outdoor environment.

With this new format, reason. Why and JCDecaux also seek to open a conversation about the role that cities play in building brands and the capacity of public space to continue generating notoriety, relevance and impact in a context of growing media fragmentation.

reason. Why returns to produce a podcast after the success of 80/20, which was the most listened to podcast in the sector. On that occasion there were more than 100 episodes. How many deliveries will you have? Light & Lights? We will see it together.
