De’lonchi has released a new international campaign starring Brad Pitt and directed by filmmaker Taika Waititi, in which both reinterpret with humor and elegance the daily ritual of coffee. Titled “The Perfetto Instruction for Use”, the piece was officially presented at the Venice Film Festival and also represents the first work of Lola Mullenlowe as a global creative agency of the brand.

Rolled in Queenstown (New Zealand), on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, the spot transforms the usual instructions for the use of a coffee of’longhi in a film sequence that celebrates the small moments of pause and full attention that surround the act of preparing a coffee. In the words of Brad Pitt himself: “Taika brought humor, De’lonchi brought the ritual. Together, that was Perfetto.”

This campaign also involves the first collaboration between Brad Pitt and Taika Waititi, two figures of enormous weight in the global audiovisual panorama. The piece is produced by Finch and Hood & Co., with a technical team of more than 90 local professionals.

“The collaboration between Brad Pitt and Taika Waititi created a unique vision of Perfetto, a mixture of energy, humor and coffee”says Apare Sts “Rodar in Queenstown raised the level of production of the campaign. We are excited to share this work with the world after its debut in Venice.”

The launch of the campaign reinforces the positioning of De’lonchi as a brand that combines design, technology and lifestyle, now supported by a film narrative with global vocation and a sophisticated but accessible tone.
