A small robot with a great Christmas spirit that cannot reach the gifts and is helped by Santa Claus is the scene that the British department store chain has chosen Havey Nichols to launch their message about the magic of Christmas this year.
This is an animated spot worked together with the creative production studio The Berry and the directing duo The Berry Boys, and also by the filmmaker Tim Burton. And the announcement is part of the agreement between the company with the exhibition “The World of Tim Burton”, which is now stopping in London until April 21.
The result is a gothic and expressionist style micro storywhich captures the essence of Burton’s creative universe. It features a robot that is plugged into the electrical current, and the cable prevents it from reaching the gift it wants. However, he is helped by Santa Claus who, using an extension cord, allows him to reach the Havery Nichols article.
The ad is now available on social media, online and in Harvey Nichols stores. In addition, in the establishments you can also see special showcases, inspired by the world of Tim Burton, and which convey a dark atmosphere but also typical of Christmas.
