From creams, candles and fragrances to mental health. The cosmetic brand Rituals has launched Mind Oasis, its own application focused on the intelligent management of mental well-being and designed to help people concentrate, relax or sleep. This is the translation of its series of physical boutiques to the digital ecosystem, in which it offers immersive treatments, designed to rest and recharge mind and body.
The launch marks Rituals’ foray into the territory of psychological and emotional well-being, in which the brand hopes to gain a foothold by capitalizing on its history and experience in physical well-being. The company is opening up to the “smart mental health apps” segment, in which it will compete against established global names such as Calm or Headspace.
Rituals assures in a statement that its application has been created to incorporate pause and rest into daily life in a simple way, and points out that it differs from other traditional meditation options because the use of Mind Oasis does not require discipline, learning or creating routines. “SYou just have to choose how you want to feel and let the experience guide you to reset your mind, anytime, anywhere.“, they point out.
The application relies on the power of audio, offering 2,000 immersive soundscapes created with experts and from recordings of nature sounds. “Through carefully designed auditory stimulation, these soundscapes gently guide the brain toward slower, more restful states.“, they explain from Rituals”This natural process, known as brain wave synchronization, allows the mind to focus, recharge, relax or sleep, without effort or specific techniques..
In this sense, the Mind Oasis experience creates the conditions for relaxation to occur naturally through sound, rather than indicating how to achieve it through voice and instructions. The app offers a variety of sessions, from quick resets to deeper sound journeys, and can be used in different situations, such as disconnecting between meetings, focusing on work, or taking a deep rest before sleeping.
Mind Oasis works on four mental states: Focus, to reduce distractions and achieve a state of clear focus; Recharge, to regain energy and clarity; Relax, to calm the mind and disconnect; o Sleep, to bring the mind to a deep rest. All this in three levels of impact: Reset, with sessions of between 3 and 7 minutes; Recover, with audios between 20 and 60 minutes; and Rejuvenate, between 2 and 8 hours.
The Mind Oasis app launches on July 6, 2026 and will be available on the App Store and Google Play in 25 countries. The application, launched on July 6, for Android and iOS systems in 25 markets, has focused on price with the intention of making mental well-being accessible. Thus, the individual annual subscription is less than 48 euros, below its main rivals, according to the brand itself on its website.
The launch of the application complements the ecosystem that Rituals has built with Mind Oasis and focuses on promoting the brand’s omnichannel. The intention is to provide an integrated experience, which in addition to the new tool, already integrates physical boutiques in different cities around the world and Mind Oasis At Home, a smart mat that helps well-being through haptic vibrations and is also accompanied by audio-guided relaxation sessions.
